Nicola is a member of the Jewellers Academy, and has joined their Handmade and Well Paid Campaign.

This means that she has pledged to ensure that her pieces are fairly priced and in line with other jewellers. This ensures that customers are not over or underpaying for their jewellery and makers are well paid for the work that they do to ensure sustainability.

*All pieces from the Mothers Day Collection will be posted out the next working day via Royal Mail Next Day delivery.

I always aim to dispatch in stock items within 3 working days.

For pieces that require hallmarking, dispatch can take up to 4 weeks.

If you need your jewellery by a specific date or for a special occasion, please pop a note in with your order and I will do my best to get it to you in time.

All commission timescales will be discussed at the time of order.

Items will be posted by Royal Mail special delivery with a postage and packaging cost of £7.50.

If you are overseas, I am happy to work with you to arrange shipping on request.
