Shipping policy

SHIPPING

You will find a mixture of pieces that are available for immediate delivery, pieces that will be made to order and bespoke commissions.

Pieces available for immediate delivery will be posted within 5 working days, but often sooner.

Made to order pieces will be dispatched within 10 working days. However if the item is required for hallmarking, it may take up to 4 weeks. 

Items will be posted by Royal Mail Special Delivery with a postage and packaging cost of £7.50. This service has adequate insurance.

Commissions will take 4-6 weeks. You will be kept in touch with the design and making process by email and postage arranged to suit your preferences. Should you require something faster, please get in touch with me to discuss your timescales. These pieces will be sent special delivery.

If you are overseas, I am happy to work with you to arrange shipping on request. Within Europe, shipping is usually via Royal Mail Parcel Force, further afield destinations are delivered by courier, the cost of which you will be asked to pay prior to the item being sent to you. Please note that you may be liable to pay duties and taxes once the item arrives in your country, the cost of which will need to be covered by you.

LOCAL PICK UP

Local pick up is available I am based in Bolton. For insurance reasons I am unable to disclose my full postal address, once your order has been confirmed I will contact you to let you know where to come.
